Okay-- So I know I'm not very good at keeping up on this thing. I just can never find time to do it! I enjoy it but just never give myself time. Ugh. I keep my hands full with my little 7 month old :)
Another reason I don't always post is because everything I think to write about is personal..I mean like about our lives. And it's hard for me to want to post that to the whole world. I like reading and keeping up with other people..but I just feel weird writing about me. IT's like..who would wanna read it.? lol But like I said, I really do love to write.
I want to write a book someday. I always think about it. Like..hmm..I could put this in my book someday! I want to write a book with Ashley Huntzinger! :) We thought about starting a newspaper thing in college and then never got around to doing it. I would love to write tho. I've thought about eventually going to journalism school, but then always scared I wouldn't like it, you know? Maybe someday you'll see my name on the book you buy :)
Okay I better go tend to my little stinker ... :)
I know how you feel about being hesitant to writing about yourself, and although there are personal things one wouldn't really like to make public, everything else you write about yourself is always a treat to your readers.. especially those that don't really know you!
ReplyDeleteAnd about journalism school, I don't see why not. You already have most of the necessary credits from CCCB. All you'd have to do is transfer, right? If writing is your passion.. GO FOR IT! Don't regret it later on in life. You'll be glad you did :)
You can write, without going to journalism school too... fyi...
